 Initially, solutions started as hourly work with clients who needed technical training. Then, training became consulting and 

IT efforts lead to Management, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales. 

Every client shared common issues, no matter the function or industry. 

Some consulting projects are project-based, some initiative-based, and some Interim Senior-Leadership roles.
